The binding list of legal sources will be finalized before launch. The product page only names sources that are actually configured and reliably referencable in operation.

What happens to clauses that could not be reviewed?

Causa marks them as not reviewed instead of silently treating them as harmless.

Where are contracts processed?

The specific operating model is agreed with the municipality. Causa can run in controlled KI-Quadrat infrastructure or in another deployment model; details are clarified transparently before launch.

The Problem

Not every contract justifies a legal opinion. It still has to be signed.

Contracts arrive constantly in municipal administration: services, construction, IT, rent, cooperation. Any one of them can contain a clause that becomes expensive later, and every contract contains deadlines that no one has in the calendar. Getting an external legal opinion for each contract is not affordable, and internal legal capacity is limited.

Categorized findings

Every finding is marked as critical, caution, or note; harmless clauses are marked as conforming. You immediately see where action is needed.

Reasoning and legal basis

Each finding includes the reasoning, the affected clause text, and the legal basis. Nothing remains an unsupported claim.

Suggested contract wording

For each issue, Causa provides suggested wording that can be accepted with one click. At the end, you receive the revised contract, a letter to the other party, and a review report for the file.

Deadlines in view

Causa extracts service start dates, termination deadlines, end dates, and automatic renewals and presents them as appointments, including calendar transfer.

Causa does not replace legal advice. It shows faster where legal counsel is needed and where a contract is unobjectionable. The decision and responsibility remain with you. More under security.
